We would like to compliment your staff on the service that they provided. We originally corresponded with Sonja Schoeters and Hilde Van Den dries. Both were very helpful and followed through on their commitments. Hilde made the arrangements for our hotel stay and everything went very smoothly. While Sonja was not available on the day of our visit, she made arrangements for us to meet with Arko Tourbendian.

Arko worked with us very well. He was very professional. We spent a great deal of time trying to make our decision and he was very patient as we changed our mind several times. He showed us several options and when we decided to design our own ring, he worked with the designer to get it done quickly.He even went out of his way to personally deliver our ring to our hotel in Brussels before our departure back to the USA.

The final product was fabulous and exactly what we wanted. The experience and service were great. We love our purchase and hope to come back and make more purchases in the future.

Two years ago we came to Diamondland and bought my engagement ring from you. the service was brilliant and we would like to come back and buy our wedding rings from you. Is this possible? I was not sure from the website whether you make wedding rings - we would both like to have small diamonds within the rings.
