Hi Claude,

We received the ring on Friday so I just wanted to send you a quick e-mail to say thank you for all your help and time in getting this all  sorted. Also my fiance is over the moon with her new ring so we are both really happy.

We are look forwrad to buying from you again in the future. Hopefully not to replace the ring again but as my fiance says “diamonds are a girl’s best friend!!”.
